From the perspective of a wide receiver in the NFL I would highly recommend Charmas Lee as a speed and performance coach. Charmas' coaching is sport specific and critical for any athlete who wants to improve their acceleration/speed/quickness and play at the top of their game. Charmas and his staff provided speed training for me this summer in preparation for this years 2009 training camp. As a result I am mentally tougher, faster, fitter, stronger and more confident than ever. I was very impressed with his methods, motivation and energy."

Coach Lee has been the Assistant Sprint Coach for Cheyenne Mountain High School for the past five years. His impact on our team has been tremendous. Not only has he helped produce 10 school records (over FIVE years) and countess Top 10 All Time Best CMHS Performances, but he has helped build a climate of excellence. "At the end of the day you will win" is an expression I hear often from coach and if I understand Coach Lee's words correctly, winning has EVERYTHING to do with conducting yourself properly and giving EVERYTHING you have to become better in all facets of life!

My 10-year old son Will starting training with Coach Charmas and Speed T & F in the summer of 2007 and I noticed a difference right away. Coach Charmas has shown Will things to improve his speed and technique that immediately and directly translate onto the soccer field. Coach Charmas teaches discipline, respect, leadership and many other life lessons along the way and the kids have fun at the same time. I trust my kid with Coach Charmas and will take every opportunity for him to influence Will in his athletics and in his development as a young boy.

Charmas has coached all three of my children for many years. My daughter (17) runs track, my older son (19) played Lacrosse and my youngest son (11) plays soccer. The results? My daughter is flying around the country looking at some of the finest colleges in the world - My oldest son made the state all star lacrosse team and my youngest son plays up a year on the top U12B soccer team in the state. In addition to being the best sports performance coach around Charms will impart a mental toughness and attitude that creates winners.

We have had our son Garrett involved with your program for 2 seasons and this winter will be his third indoor season. Initially, Garrett did not know what to expect from this program and actually did not understand the first few practices. After the first season, he understood what you were trying to accomplish and I truly believe it has made him a better athlete. In all of the coaches he has had over the years, he feels, and we as his parents, firmly agree, you have been an inspiration to him as an athlete and you are the standard other coaches have been held to.

"Several of our athletes have attended various programs within Building Better Bodies and/or Speed T&F. Before going through the program, they've typically just been "one of the athletes" on the team; however, upon returning, one can immediately detect a marked transformation in their overall approach to training and competition. Their focus, determination and, more importantly, the expectations that they have for themselves, have been elevated to new heights."

My experience with Coach Lee has been a deciding factor in both my physical and mental character. Charmas' emphasis on physical excellence has led me to work harder, smarter, and with purpose at practice and to treat my body with respect out of practice. Charmas' emphasis on mental fortitude and strength of character has strengthened my attitude both on and off the track. The lessons learned, the dedication given, and a change of character flows into every aspect of an individual or athlete's life. Thus, Charmas' philosophy and being part of the Speed team becomes a family and school of thought, rather than just a program.

Speed is the essence of all sports. Charmas Lee's programs will ensure the success of your athlete in sports. This character development will spill over to all aspects of you athlete's endeavors.

Our daughter's first year of participating in track was 2008. A parent already enrolled in Speed T & F told us about the program and we heard nothing but positive information regarding it. During her first summer season she improved enough to qualify for the National Junior Olympics in North Carolina. Charmas Lee and The Speed T & F program has not only made her a better athlete, but also a better person. Kylee has much more confidence. The Speed T & F family is a great environment for any child.

My son Trevor was 16 years old, a junior at Wasson High School and we knew he needed something extra to fulfill the athletic potential we saw in his future. After running indoor with Speed, he qualified in 4 events and went on to win a 2nd, 3rdand 4th place finished at the Colorado 4A State Championships.
My son has had many coaches through his athletic endeavors, but nobody has instilled the confidence in my son, enabling him to believe in himself and accelerate his athletic improvement.
When I say my prayers I often thank God for helping me decide to trust Charmas Lee with Trevor's athletic interests. I have 3 younger children who will all continue to train with Speed T & F even after Trevor leaves for college and I have no doubt that I will continue to be thankful for the knowledge and training they receive.
Charmas not only teaches these kids how to improve their physical tools, he also trains them on how to be smarter athletes, how to win the mental side of the competition. I will not trust my kids with any other team of track coaches.

Coach Lee's training led me to be the fastest female 100 meter hurdler and 400 meter hurdler in Colorado in 2009. I placed 5th in both hurdle events at the AAU National championships in 2009. Currently, I am competing as a freshman at a Division I university. Coach Lee's belief in me and my ability was vital to my success. I greatly improved my running abilities, but more importantly, I developed character. I learned how to win and how to lose, how to obey God when I really didn't want to, and how to give God the glory through my performance.
