One of the primary purposes of the Speed T&F summer season is to equip athletes with the confidence, knowledge, skill and ability to compete successfully at the State, Regional and National Junior Olympic and Junior USA Level of USA Track and Field.  Participation in this summer program is also a great way to improve your speed, strength and conditioning for the fall sport season!

The 2012 Junior Olympic National Championships will be contested from July 23 – July 29, 2012, at Morgan State University Baltimore Maryland

The Speed T&F staff will consist of Charmas Lee, Janice Lee, Max Oliver, Arthur Griffin, Matt Thompson, Sean Howie and Jason Shaver. Each coach brings his/her own unique skill set which makes Speed T&F one of the top track and field club programs in the country! Speed T&F is the only Colorado based program that combines the sports sciences of a USATF Level 3 Certified coach, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a Dartfish performance software analyst! Athletes will receive event specific, semi-custom programs that emphasize all of the components required to maximize their individual potential as they run towards success.
